In June 2017 the EU-Russia Civil Society Forum published the chapter, “Myths and Background,” from Alexander Osipov’s book, What is Ethnic Discrimination and What Can Be Done?, on its website. The publication discusses and refutes the main myths related to equality and discrimination in Russia. This document is a chapter from a book published by Sova Center in 2012.

ECRI Conclusions on the Implementation of the Recommendations in Respect of the Russian Federation Subject to Interim Follow-Up
